Our requirements

If you wish to pursue a career in engineering, you will need a minimum 2:2 honours degree in an engineering discipline and 220 UCAS points (or equivalent excluding general studies).

If you wish to pursue a non-engineering career, you need a minimum 2:1 honours degree in any discipline and 280 UCAS points (or equivalent excluding general studies).

Business Groups within BAE Systems are engaged in government work with classified aspects; you must therefore have a work permit to work in the UK and be able to successfully attain security clearance to join the Graduate Development Framework.

Graduates are supported by their line manager and corporate mentor. Where appropriate you will also be supported in gaining chartership. The full package offered by BAE Systems includes a competitive salary of £22,000 to £26,000 (dependent on relevant work experience and qualifications) with six-monthly performance reviews, an initial sign-up payment of £2000, 25 days holiday per year, final salary pension scheme and a number of discounted healthcare, car lease and share schemes.
