FLDP

Flying Probe Tester IN PCB Manufacturing.

Do you have what it takes?

We look for potential finance leaders of our global business to start their CIMA training in a real role on 1st September 2007.

To apply, you will need a 2:1 degree (any discipline is acceptable) and 280 UCAS points or equivalent, but although our academic requirements are high, they are not our only selection criteria.

You’ll need to be resilient and flexible, analytical yet practical, dynamic and entrepreneurial, and focused on taking responsibility for your own progression. Finance at BAE Systems is a very hands-on profession and will involve working in demanding industrial environments, so the tact, confidence and tenacity to challenge accepted practices and robustly manage cost savings at ground level will be important.

Finally, you must be prepared to move to new locations on an annual basis throughout your training to get the most out of the FLDP. You must also have a work permit to work in the UK and be able to successfully attain security clearance.

FLDP offers a competitive package. This includes a starting salary of £25,000 plus a £2,000 welcome payment, regular performance appraisals (linked to salary reviews), senior mentoring and a comprehensive CIMA study package. In addition you will receive 25 days holiday per year, final salary pension and a number of discounted healthcare, car lease and share schemes.
